Top-tier recognition from Lenovo for warranty service excellence — and it belongs to our service team.

We're proud to share some news from one of our longest-standing OEM partners: DALY has been named a 2025 Lenovo Elite Servicer Partner, the highest recognition Lenovo awards across its North American service network.

The notice came directly from Lenovo North America, which recognized the DALY team's "consistent commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality warranty support" throughout fiscal year 2025.

In short: Lenovo looked at how we showed up for shared customers over the past year — and decided we belonged at the top.

What Elite Servicer Status Actually Means

Lenovo's Elite Servicer designation isn't a participation trophy.
